Vijender, you comment on the opening scene one and a half minutes in. This is confusing. It would be better if you have a comment after each key scene you are going to comment on. I wouldn't have the whole film here, just the key scenes you are focusing on. It means the examiner will have to watch the whole film. You make a generic statement 'the grip could also mean she is innocent' - How? Why? Explain. Again, you state 'the camera angle is at eye level which shows the couple is happy' - how? Why does that particular angle show they are happy? 'When doll face appears there is a close up showing her 'doll' appearance' - what has the director done to make her look 'doll like'? Why have they used this idea of a doll? What is the effect? With reference to the white font on the dark background - you simply state that it is a contrast - but what exactly is the director trying to contrast? Evil vs good? Dark vs light? Be more specific. Why is Halloween used as a backdrop? You are identifying camera shots and angles used but you need to consider why that particular shot has been used. Why the worm's eye angle? Think about where the audience are positioned and what perspective they are being offered of the scene and why? Be careful not to focus on content - 'the body language of the woman' - what body language? But more importantly, how is the body shown? Which angles and shots are used and why? Avoid generic statements - 'this creates mystery' - how? What do you mean by mystery? Be specific - what exactly is mysterious? What are the audience questioning and why? Bit simplistic at times - 'everything is scarier with sound'? 'Keeps the audience on the edge of their seats' What is it called when the same music is used for a particular character? 'Her body language and facial expression while she talks' - what facial expressions and what body language? Be specific. Why has the contrapuntal sound been used? What is the effect? Check your apostrophes. Where is your evaluation? Your overview?
